The project involves the construction of a production facility for components in the automotive industry, including storage space, offices, and a warehouse for storing flammable liquids, as well as 8 supporting buildings with a total area of P = 54,563.00 m². On the subject parcel, construction of internal roads is also planned, including parking spaces, and open platforms necessary for the proper functioning of the entire complex with an area of P = 39,881.00 m². Within this project, SDC PROFESSIONAL carried out the following works:

· Geodetic works related to marking and monitoring of: excavation, embankment, construction of concrete foundations, columns, slabs, steel elements, i.e. all structural elements;

· Creation of a 3D terrain model and calculation of earthwork volumes;

· Preparation of the necessary geodetic documentation in accordance with the Law on Planning and Construction and the Rulebook on Electronic Filing Procedures.
